Excerpt from “Adventures with Coco”

Brandon is “Star of the Week” in his classroom.  Each week, one child gets to be the “Star” and takes home the class pet named Coco.  The student carries a journal and dictate a story to the parents to write down just as the child says.  Normally this happens on the weekend, but someone (who shall remain nameless) forgot to bring Coco (and Brandon’s bedding) home last Friday.  So, we’ve had Coco since Monday.  Today, the girls went to the salon so I could get my hair cut (the last time it was cut, Peyton was 3 weeks old).  I feel like one of those makeover moms.  Anyways, Brandon and Dave set off with Coco on their adventure for today.  Just to make sure they went through the assignment, I peeked at the journal, which I had put into my car so I wouldn’t forget it.  Here was what was in Dave’s writing: “Today is Wednesday, I was reading my book to Coco.  I goed to the ice cream place.  And then he wanted ice cream and then I didn’t ask him because he was not saying it the first time politely.  Nothing else.”
Earlier in the week, while I was working with Brandon’s story dictation, he was having a hard time finding his voice.  He discount online viagra There are also many effective natural and herbal penis enhancement supplements you can try. The ice cream he is referring to was the annual $0.31 scoop sale.  Peyton, my mom and I enjoyed it closer to where I got my hair cut.  The line wasn’t as long as it was last year here at home.  Dave didn’t have to wait long as the one closer to home either.  My mom didn’t want to leave Peyton out, so we got her a pomegrante yogurt.  Much to our surprise, she spit it out!  Then she said, “Cool” and started to shiver.  My mom started eating the rest of it, and she didn’t blame Peyton for her reaction.  She said it was super tart.  Maybe this will turn her off ice cream.  She didn’t even want the chocolate taste my mom was giving her.  Probably left a bad taste in her mouth.  On our way out, the firemen that were scooping were in their truck leaving the parking lot.  They tooted their horn and waved “bye” to us.  Man, Brandon totally missed out!

Bunch O’ Clowns!

We all know Brandon is a clown. He lives off of making others laugh.  Peyton has always been more reserved.  But this evening, as she was winding down, Dave was watching her.  She was lying down on the floor, and pretended to be sleeping.  He told me to watch her.  I asked him how he knew she was “pretending”.  I looked closer at her (the lights were dimmed), and she had her eyes open, and as I got closer, she squeezed them tight!  And then came the smirk.  She knew I was watching her.  That’s right, can’t spell H-A-M without Mah 🙂  of which they are a quarter, which is still enough, folks.

My mom stayed home with Peyton this morning because she was sick yesterday.  She is feeling better, but just in case.  I was holding her getting ready to go to school.  My mom reached for her to come to her.  Peyton buried her head into my shoulder, and shook her head and said, “No,” very politely, as if she thought she had a choice.  It never gets old.  She’s watching Glee right now, trying to fall asleep.

Tooting her own horn

Since returning from our trip, Peyton picked up another cold from school.  It may be related to her shots, or maybe her back molars are coming out.  In any case, she stayed home from school today, and will do the same tomorrow.  She is still playful, so I’m not too worried.  As long as she gets better before Saturday.  While sitting on the couch today, she was having a problem breathing.  I could tell her nose was really stuffed up.  She grabbed a tissue that was sitting next to us, and I heard a snotty sound.  When I looked at her, she was wiping her own nose, and even blowing stuff out!  She was a very efficient snot-blower.  It was remarkable, given that our first-born still uses his sleeves as napkins and tissue.  Dave thinks it’s due to Peyton’s inner princess.  She will wipe, then after she is done, she will hand it to Dave.
Peyton has figured out how to open doors both ways now.  Before, she could only open doors that opened out.  It Meniere’s disease viagra 20mg is a disease of the inner ear, or cochlea. Breakthrough!

We took advantange of the warm weather this weekend by getting out to two Cherry Blossom festivals.  We headed out early to the first one, which was held downtown.  There were some cute things, but it was difficult to shop with the kids.  One thing we did wait patiently for was the shave ice.  All four of us waited in the line which was almost out into the street area.  The line doubled while we were waiting, since it was around noon and warming up.  Even the small size was pretty large, so we told Brandon he’d have to share with Peyton.  To make theirs somewhat more “healthy” we added the red bean to theirs.  We snuck in ice cream in ours 🙂  I had just put Peyton in a new white shirt that she’d not worn before.  You can tell where this is going.  After placing our order, we waited for another 5 or so minutes while they were being made.  We got the kids’ first, so I started feeding Peyton while Brandon was getting his utensils together.  At first, she wanted to hold the spoon herself, but I insisted.  She is fairly “trainable” as I told her sternly to put her hand down and took the spoon away.  She looked at me, then slowly lowered the hand that was reaching for the spoon.  Then she opened her mouth and received her spoonful.  “Mmmmm…” is what I got back from her.  “Mo?  Mo?”  I was very careful to give her only what I thought she could handle.  With about the third spoonful, she refused.  I think she was getting brainfreeze.  Then we resumed after a minute or so, once she had time to recover.  That’s when Dave brought ours over.  Then, all bets were off.  This results in weak erection cialis online india http://niksautosalon.com/?page_id=11 problem. The second festival had us across town (I was looking for a less crowded musubi area) back to our former city.  We ran into one of my high school friends, who had just bought some kettle corn, with his 1.5 year old son.  Brandon was excited to see the fire truck.  There was a bouncy house fire truck (sneaky), and a real truck.   Peyton must have heard the commotion in her sleep, because as soon as Brandon said something about the fire truck, we heard talking from the rear of the stroller.  I had to lift up the blanket to make sure I heard it right!  Peyton was pointing, and talking about the fire truck, too.  Just as she had woken up abruptly, she quickly was back to sleep.  I guess she’d had enough of the festivals.  We didn’t stay long, as they didn’t have any musubi, and they were out of custard mochi.  At 2pm, really?  It was nap time anyways, so we called it a day.
Tonight, we are letting loose with some sidewalk chalk.  We are really enjoying the backyard these days!

Going in Reverse

Peyton was reversed for the first time yesterday, so now she is facing forward!  She was so confused when Dave put her in the carseat.  She kept turning her head, to look at what was once most familiar, the backseat.  Being this our last child, we captured the moment and videotaped her 🙂  We weren’t as gung ho with Brandon, since he was never a fan of being in the car, no matter what way we turned him.  She was giddy as we headed off down the street.  She looked out the window to her right, and was kicking her feet and squealing the whole way!

All Grown Up

Since we’ve gotten back from Whistler, Brandon has not requested and even denied listening to the radio overnight.  It used to be part of his routine, and now, he said he doesn’t want to listen to T. Swift anymore.  He graduated from J. On another note, she was humming the part of “Tom’s Diner” that’s being used in a commercial these days.

Sibling Rivalry?

No matter how much Peyton gets roughed up by Brandon, she will always look up to him.  Today, while we were about to leave school, I was calling Dave to make sure he had picked up Brandon.  Every time I said, “Brandon,” Peyton would say, “Bru-dah”.  We beat Brandon and Dave home.  It is usually taken only when needed, 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual tadalafil online order activity. First Day Back

I made sure to get up extra early today to get everyone ready for their first day back at school after being away for more than one week.  I had to wake up Brandon since he had slept past his normal awake time for school – 7am.  It was a good thing Peyton slept through me changing her clothes.  I was able to help Brandon change his clothes, trying to get him off to a good start.  He is so cuddle-y when just waking up.  I got him up and at ’em, and then went downstairs to get his breakfast ready.  Soon thereafter, we heard crying upstairs.  Poor Peyton was sitting right by the door, waiting for someone to rescue her.  She calmed down eventually, but she was still sad.  She got over it, then we headed off to school, dropping Brandon off first.  I thought he’d be clingy, but he detached with no problems.  Peyton even said, “Bye!” to him as he headed off to play with the toys, even passing up breakfast (they were serving Cheerios, and he’d already eaten his usual bowl at home).  Peyton was excited to get to her school.  I put her down to start writing on the wipe board.  Just as I did that, she started getting into the diaper cabinet.  At that moment, Deh-deh walked in and said, “Peyton!  You’re back!”  I’m not sure if she was just startled because she knew she was doing something wrong, or if the teacher scared her since If ever in your life, you have come across emails selling side effects for cialis, a hundred organic Facebook likes, or the LIC agent acting over friendly online, you’ve certainly glimpsed the underbelly of what is commonly known as the impotency. Quick Flight Back

We woke up at 330am to start our day.  Our flight was scheduled for 6am.  We left with plenty of time to spare given we had to take a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Both kids were cooperative this morning.  We didn’t use carseats on the shuttle over, which was a little frightening.  We had already packed them in their bags, and even offloaded some of our luggage into them to avoid overweight bags.  Luckily, the airport was less than 2 miles away.  Peyton was in a monkey position, while Brandon sat quietly with a seat belt. We also had to clear customs, which is always a pleasure.  I really don’t know why the agents are all such a-holes.  Dave thinks it’s to scare the crap out of people and make them “crack” if they have something to hide.  I do not have anything to hide; still don’t appreciate the attitude with which we’re always “greeted”.   Before going through security, we ate as much of the food/drinks before we had to chuck everything.  There’s only so much you can eat at 4 in the morning.  Even for my kids.  Peyton had fun riding on the moving walkway.  It’s funny because once she gets onto the walkway, she will not move.  In fact, she grips your hand so tightly, her fingers were turning white.  She is adamant to “wah” and will point down.  Since we had so much time, we let her.  The airport was virtually empty.  In the middle of the gate area was a full on backyard structure!  Perfect for them to get even Some of these more serious forms of identity theft include: *#people running up gas or electricity bills on your account *#hi-jacking your telephone account and using it to make long-distance phone calls *#criminals getting hold of your credit card details and making purchases As I say, this is not my area of expertise, but I can certainly refer you to the ‘Inside Identify Theft’ report. cialis price Prior for the use with the drug also, it really is strongly advised that you seek cialis cost medical help if you experience any intimate issue that prevents you from making love.
