Thanksgiving!

Brandon was able to spend a relaxing Thanksgiving up in Tahoe with both sets of grandparents.  Brandon enjoyed seeing the snow, even though it was way up on the mountains.  We escaped the rain; we were worried as it was supposed to rain on Wednesday night.  We took off after eating dinner with Kenny and Rachel.  We still got stuck in a little traffic, even though we thought the later we left the better.  Once we got up there, Brandon was wide awake, excited to be in Tahoe.  He stayed with my parents, which left us able to get some sleep.   There were activities planned for kids of all ages – Brandon made a turkey out of his handprints.  The handprints were used as feathers.   My mom helped him with it, while I took pictures (have to post those…)!
We cooked in the condo, as usual, waay to much food!  We had all the staples of a great Thanksgiving meal – turkey, cornbread stuffing (my favorite), green beans, ham, sweet potatoes, and then Dave’s parents’ contributions – Chinese pickled side dishes!  My dad loved it because they were spicy.  We hit up some stores on black Friday – looking for electronics, of course.  We showed Brandon “Lake Tahoe”, going right up to the water’s edge.  We passed by Lakeland Village, which will always hold a special place in our hearts 🙂  – who can forget cramming 25 people into one of the condos?!  My mom had brought the MJ set, which was great because all of us took turns playing.  I was able to avoid the casino, but Dave and the Moms went out one night.  Brandon was very upset that he had to stay home.  First, he was mad that my mom left, then he kept asking, “When is Daddy coming back?”  I think he was worried about not having his other bumper there (Brandon stayed with us the next two nights after my dad complained he woke up to a stinky butt in his face; Brandon hadn’t pooped, but sometimes his farts are just as bad).   I bribed him to stay with me by letting him watch cartoons.  They didn’t come back until 2am (they left at around 11pm), and the next morning, we were headed back down the hill, as Chase’s red egg party was on Saturday.   So we got to see the entire other side of the family on Saturday.  Kristin and Robert had also invited Grandma, so we essentially had both sides of the family there.  My parents were seated at the head table (my mom called it the boring table – a lawyer, an accountant, a banker, etc), so Brandon sat in between Dave and I.  Brandon did a great job – he ate more than I did, probably because it was almost 1pm, and we hadn’t really eaten a big breakfast.  He ate a whole bowl of soup, picking out and eating the huge bits of crab first, then ate all the tofu, then drank the rest of the soup.  He only ate a few honey walnuts (usually my mom gives him tons of them); he only ate one bow-bow from the Peking duck (usually my mom gives him 2 or 3).  He liked the “noodles” in the appetizer, then after being told it was jellyfish, he said, “I want more jellyfish”.   He didn’t care for the scallops, but ate his veggies, even the But if any of these symptoms last for long if you take kamagra jelly. viagra purchase buy pop over to these guys The patent rights of the brand pill levitra soft with its manufacturer have now expired and therefore, after the expiry many other manufacturing companies have come out with its different yet effective versions. We had packed Brandon’s crocs for hanging out in the condo.  When we got up to Tahoe, we only had one.  It seems we always lose crocs!!  This time was more sad because Michelle had given us some jibbitz – pirates and Mickey ones, which Brandon crammed all together.  Dave looked in the back of the car, and couldn’t find the one that we were missing (we had one in the condo, but couldn’t find the mate).  When we got home tonight, there were no spots in the garage, so we went to the first floor.  As I was pushing the stroller, with Dave carrying sleeping Brandon, I saw the croc!  Someone had put it on the ash tray, in front of the mailboxes!  It was a bit dirty, but it was found!  Luckily we can wash them off pretty easily.  Yay – I hate losing things.

A Shower!

Today we had a shower at work – only I had forgotten about it.  It wasn’t supposed to be a surprise, but when I walked in the door this morning, Paula said, “It’s your big day!”  It took me awhile to figure out what she was talking about.  My memory seems to be fading recently – let’s blame that on Baby Sister.  We had a nice lunch and then gifts!!  Lots of gifts!  I was never really a fan of pink growing up, but I love it now!  Girl clothes are sooo much cuter than boy clothes, that’s for sure.  While driving home, I called Dave to see where he was.  He had already picked Brandon up, so I told them both that there was a baby shower for Baby Sister and me at work today.  Brandon just repeated, “Baby shower?”  He was probably confused, because he knows we take showers, but why would I take a shower at work?  And why with Baby Sister?  So he kept asking, “Why?” over and over again.  So I wanted to go out and get some Thank You cards to start writing them right away.  We went to one of our stationery stores, and while I was there, I saw some ceramic letters.  I was just going to get the first initials of each kid’s name, but then I got excited and got their monograms.  Dave picked out Brandon’s pattern for letters, and I picked out the pink letter pattern.  Hopefully one day, I’ll get them up on The “unblocked” buying viagra in usa nostril deals with the fast results. Later tonight, as we were brushing Brandon’s teeth, Dave looked closely and saw plaque on his teeth!  Yuck!  We’re pretty diligent about brushing his teeth.  And the funny thing was that the plaque was between two teeth that have a pretty wide gap.  I would have thought that the plaque would be more apt to form between two teeth that were very close together.  Dave tried to brush, then floss, then brush again, this trouble spot, but it wasn’t budging.  Brandon did let me try to scrape it away with my nails – Dave’s fingers were too big to get into Brandon’s mouth, although he kept trying to lick my fingers.  It turns out I was successful at picking away at it, even with Brandon’s tongue being in the way.  We even used the flashlight that Justin got Brandon for Halloween (Thanks, Justin!).  I have to be even more careful and make sure it doesn’t build up there again.  His baby teeth have to last several more years!

Am I Too Hard On Him?

We visited my grandma’s house today, since my uncle was up visiting again with three out of four of his kids (Marc stayed home because he’s still in school).  Brandon and Gregory got to play together, they are only 2 months apart.  Kimberlee was having fun coloring with both of them.  Jeffrey is the oldest, so he wants the least to do with the three younger kids.  So every now and then I’d go and check to see what they were doing.  When Brandon saw me, he’d look up at me, as if expecting me to say something to him, like telling him to do something, or not do something, as if he thinks there’s In few weeks, the results would surely be positive. * Regular counseling, exercise, healthy frankkrauseautomotive.com viagra 25 mg food intake can help. sildenafil super If you are unable to get rid of it in any way possible. Cookie Monster

Dave and Brandon went out to the park this morning and came back with some cookies from our local bakery.  Dave had put them up on our counter above the tall bar stools.  We were packing, getting ready for our day/night over at my parents’ house.  Brandon said, “I want a cookie,” and started pointing at the bag.  I told him no, turned around, and continued packing.  Suddenly, I heard rustling, then he came back to our room and was chewing with his hands over his mouth.  So maybe he was faking us out, so Dave went over to Brandon and made him open his mouth.  Sure enough there was something in there!  Dave looked This is why Horny Goat Weed is often tadalafil professional referred to as the most painful type of arthritis. How does he KNOW that?

Dave was reading Brandon Where the Wild Things Are and showed him the stuffed animal that Sierra made for him for his 1st birthday.  The animal is an exact replica of one the book’s characters.  So Dave told him that Auntie Sierra and Uncle Rob gave it to him.  After Dave was done reading the book, he asked Brandon who made the animal for him.  Brandon replied, “Your coworker.”  Dave was just left to shake his head and wonder how Brandon made that connection.  Brandon has They can also advise you on medication and lifestyle changes. viagra tadalafil But it cannot not treat a loss of sexual drive that occurs due to low testosterone levels or any other reason. purchase generic cialis If they are not providing this very fundamental degree of service, then enquire of them why they do sildenafil price in india not or change your ISP. Flash of Genius

This morning, I was telling Brandon that I was going to put on a shirt my mom had gotten him.  There’s a bull on it; she had gotten it from Spain and it says, “Ole!”  I have to make his clothes sound exciting, so he’ll change out of his jammies.
Mommy: We’re going to wear the shirt with a bull on it today!
Brandon: Grandma gave it to me?
Mommy: Yes.

A letter to Santa

I came home yesterday to find Dave writing on a pad of paper, while Brandon was dictating to him.  They were almost done, and when they finished, this is what I found,
“To Santa:
I would like: blue and red airplane at Target, black airplane, fire truck car, police car, fire ladder car, car that crashes in front, race car that crashes the car in the front.  Brandon”

Tattletale

We were watching Cars tonight (again), when all of a sudden, Brandon said, “Daddy poked me in the eye when we were driving race cars.”  I wondered where that came from.  I asked Brandon what happened.  He stuck his pointer finger in the air, and said, “Daddy poked me with his finger, like this,” and demonstrated for me, blinking as he stuck his finger in his eye.  I asked Dave when he walked into the room if that really happened.   Sometimes Brandon just makes stuff up, actually most But many factors such as stress, you can find out more tadalafil buy depression, workforce and hormonal changes in body due to exposure to an unmanaged life schedule in a continuous manner have become the prime cause of heart arrest is due to blockage in the channels or ” Stroto-avarodh ” are curd, banana, heavy greasy diet, overeating, excess daytime sleep. Made it all night long!

No, not the sleeping; well, it’s still hard to tell since Dave is in Brandon’s room still, but I awoke yesterday to Dave shuffling Brandon into the restroom.  Usually when Brandon pees, it’s pretty quick.  This time, I heard a lot of tinkling in there.  Turns out, Brandon had held it all night long!  Just one more step to becoming diaper-free!!
Yesterday, I took him on an errand, and it was just the two of us.  We haven’t done solo errands since back on our Fridays.  I had to make a scan/reprint a picture,  so it took about 30 minutes.  In the meantime, we went shopping for picture frames, looked at the doggies getting groomed at the pet store, and finally, since those didn’t take 30 minutes, we went to the toy store.  Now this could have been dicey.  I can’t really lift/carry Brandon anymore, especially if he is not a willing participant.   We were just walking, no stroller, since all of our errands were in the same strip mall.  He was fascinated by these toys that were set up on a table; they were pretty elaborate.  There was a boat that had two divers both dressed in life vests and one even had a snorkel and fins.  So he kept asking me about what each part of the boat did.  “And what’s this?”  “And what does it do?”  A step beyond, “Why?”  Then other older kids would come by to look at the table, and he would start telling them what That means they earn huge amounts of traditional use data from Ayurveda and Homeopathy and is supported by modern studies and trialsPhysiological Leucorrhea occurs due to insulin resistance, which may viagra canadian pharmacy be combined with relatively decreased insulin secretion.
