Open House

Tonight was Open House at Brandon’s school. It started at 5:45 pm, and there was an ice cream social afterward. I came home to feed Peyton dinner first, then we headed to school. Dave and Brandon were already at the classroom. Dave had a pile of food stacked up on Brandon’s desk. Brandon was excited to show us his stuff, but even more excited to see Carter and Wyatt in the room. After showing us his stuff, he was eager to see who his third grade teachers may be. We ended up going to the third grade classes to tour there. Dave was impressed how small their writing was, and how detailed their work. Brandon wanted to go to all the classrooms before going to the kindergarten classes with Peyton. Her orientation is coming up, so I wanted to show her Ms Song before next week. Ms Song was happy to see Brandon, and even remembered Peyton’s name. She tried to joke around with Peyton, telling her she knew of a certain big girl that was starting kindergarten soon. Peyton wouldn’t budge, and didn’t talk at all. Ms Song turned her attention back to Brandon, telling him he was growing too tall. hop over to here generico levitra on line If this software manipulation doesn’t work out, you could “brick” your iPhone, leaving it entirely dysfunctional. Ms Song was assured that Peyton would take, given that she knew Brandon was a big talker. We left to eat our dinner on the picnic benches. The twins came over to the kinder classes, too, and Cameron and Leslie looked over at us, and told us we were pros at handling food. I always have Peyton eat dinner at the games (it’s something to do), and I can count of Dave to never let us go hungry. We finished up dinner, and we headed to see how bad the ice cream line was. Because Brandon had gotten trouble earlier in the week, he was skipping ice cream for the book faire that was also happening. The line was so long, and it was a red/white and blue popsicle, so we bypassed it. Neither kid complained too much knowing we would go get books instead. Peyton picked out a book I’d suggested, while Brandon tried to get a book, but ended up with a “Dude Diary”. Dave convinced him to not get the spy book, since it was cheaper online. We went back to our respective cars and met up at home. Dave changed, and he headed out with his second man-date in one week! He was meeting up with Kenny, and Andy, who was visiting from out of town. Never a dull moment around here. The kids got to bed earlier tonight, as Brandon had done much of his homework last night and this morning. Almost done with the week! But not soon enough.
