Dietary Update

First off:  we THANK everyone who’s wished us well and supported us, and we’re happy and relieved that Peyton is a-ok.  It means a great deal to us to have such caring (blog-writing and blog-reading friends/family). 

I’ve been keeping a journal of the foods I’ve been eating since Tuesday.  It’s a challenge to find foods that don’t contain dairy, soy, wheat, and peanut.  I’m not a big fan of rice, but I’m working on it.  We have to be more creative in our foods now.  Dave is trying to help me out in this arena.  I’ve found “rice drink” to be a fine substitute for milk; too bad there are a ton of carbs in it.  Peyton was fussy on Tuesday and Wednesday, from about 9pm-12mn, but then proceeded to sleep for 5 hours!  A Best penis enlargement check out for source sildenafil pfizer pills in India.   1. Yes, no baked goods is hard! I was more unhappy from not eating my junk food than being tired from having a baby. I think I was also feeding Justin too much milk too, and that’s why he kept spitting up once a day. I had to really time the feeds and each time I couldn’t over feed or I’d be cleaning up myself and him. Then I’d try holding him straight up after feeds too.
