Peyton is growing up too quickly.  She is now standing up straight, having gotten used to being upright.  She loves it.  She still tends to let go too quickly, and ends up on the ground, wondering how she got there.  She is crawling faster and faster now.  She seems more on the move than Brandon was at her age, which is impossible to believe given his personality now.  She won’t sit still for a diaper change, even with a toy in her hand.  She twists and writhes around, trying to get out of lying down.  Brandon would move, but if given a toy, he’d focus long enough to let us change him.   Still happy I don’t have to worry about any spray with her.

Last night, as she was falling asleep, she took the remote control to the TV.  Dave tried to get it out of her hands, but her grip was even stronger.  Dave couldn’t believe it!  Her eyes were closed, but she was hanging onto the remote with both hands, not giving it up for anything.  Dave ended up getting out another remote as he knew it was a lost cause to fight her for it.
