We were taking a red eye on a Thursday but had to drop Brandon off at my dad’s. He gave us all hugs but didn’t break down.
We headed to Dave’s Work to park the car and then Uber to the airport. We were quite early but had time to get some food and relax before taking off. P wasn’t hungry so we just got a bagel for her.
We took our seats, taking up a whole row. Peyton sat in the middle while I sat in the aisle. Dave had the window. We all had our own devices with WiFi and movies. But we wanted p to sleep as we had a long day right off the bat, as we planned to go in the park as soon as we arrived. She had her sea bands on, watched a movie, had the snack, and then we all fell asleep. We woke up and got onto the Disney shuttle which took us to the hotel. The Disney service was going to take our bags from the plane to the hotel! The bags were tagged and I was apprehensive but we were told to get on the shuttle. Peyton packed her glove, pants and cleats, while the bat was checked. We gave our bags to the bell hop and headed into the park! We walked to the Hollywood Studios first.
We then headed to Magic Kingdom to eat a waffle. She took a nap on the monorail.
We sucked it up and waited for the newest ride that wasn’t open the last time we were there, The Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. It was very smooth but I don’t know that the two hour wait was worth it. It was so hot outside for the first half of the wait.
We got a text that our room was ready. P and I checked out the Belle meet and greet however she didn’t want to participate.
