Last night, Dave was reaching back in the car for something, when I yelled at him to pay attention to the road. I told him it was a one-lane (each direction) highway and he had no room for error. Brandon said, “Yes he does, just open the window.” Smart aleck. Later, Dave burped, and Brandon said, “What do you say when you burp?”
Peyton has been using more signs, only we didn’t know what she was saying. This morning, she started twisting her hands together, and we couldn’t figure out what she was saying. She then walked over to our suitcase which had some diapers sticking out. Then we realized she was asking for a diaper change. She also knows “shoes” in both signs and real talk, and wash, and done. We were testing her on the signs that we do know. We also had to look up some of the online. She was close on shoes, just needed to turn her fists in a different direction.
