We have a Thomas the train set that is an engineering marvel. This thing, when set up properly, runs with a battery which toggles power between two trains and picks up little balls (supposedly mail) and carries them to different sites along the track. It will run non-stop and we’ll all just look at it go round and round. Brandon is learning not to touch it, and will just sit and watch. But it’s like watching a tennis match,
turning your head from side to side. It will get old after a few rotations, but when I came out today, the train was set up, but turned off. When Brandon saw me he said, “Choo-choo Thomas is sleeping.” Oh really? Dave said, “Yes, he is taking a nap. We can wake him up to play later, but for now, he needs rest.” Brandon was good with that explanation, because even he needs a nap during the day.
