Each Monday, the kindergarteners journal about their weekend events. It’s like the first step in blogging! I realize I need to spend more time with Brandon and his penmanship. Or he is in training for medical school 😉
My favorite is “On my weeknd I went to disnyland to [cheer] my mom up. And to meet my moms frind” – This was the weekend of my half-marathon. I love the double stroller that he drew, with himself in the front, and the little one in the back is Peyton, with Daddy standing behind it.
I had to think about who my friend was, until I realized it was TINA! At first I thought it was Mike, but he’s met him before. Funny. Love this kid!

He definitely has progressed throughout this year, with his articles being longer and also, I noticed the handwriting improves. I’ll have to encourage this more over the summer, maybe doing it each night when we’re on vacation together.
