This morning was a rush to get Brandon to school.  Peyton was sluggish from a late night and wasn’t that cooperative.  Brandon was easy and ate breakfast pn his own. Dave left early since he had to come back early for Peyton’s performance.  We got Brandon to school right as the bell had rung, which is our latest yet! After we got home,  I packed up to head out of town to celebrate Dave’s birthday, while Peyton changed and went to bed. Brandon was already asleep. I told him he could stay up until 9 but Dave got him down by 815 pm with only a slight complaint.  Then, he was out. My mom said she didn’t hear another word. We headed out in the rain,  but still made good time!  1.5 hours.  We’ll go wine-tasting tomorrow then an early dinner.
