Too adult?

I think the kids are growing up too quickly.  We were hanging out while Dave was getting ready to go for a bike ride (his second in two days), and Brandon said, “Mommy, can you take me running with you? I’m getting jiggly.”  I asked Brandon if Daddy was jiggly.  He said, “Well, yes.”  Then I asked him if I was jiggly, and he said, “No, you’re not jiggly, because you go running.”  He’s too kind.  Peyton had a pee accident, and lost her privilege of TV, but Whenever we talk about erectile dysfunction all levitra 40 mg that we do. Pirates came up, and she said, “That’s scary.” I asked her what her favorite ride was, and she said, “Small world after all.”  I said, “It is?  Your favorite ride is ‘Small world after all’?”  She nodded enthusiastically.  Then I asked her, “Are you going to tell Uncle Ted?”  She just as quickly started shaking her head and said, “No.”  Ted, I’m trying, dude!

Getting dressed

This morning, I was able to get ready without anyone interrupting me.  Peyton didn’t come into the room, and I figured it was because she was sleeping in.  She did sleep in, and when I went to go find out what Brandon was up to, I saw just the silhouette of Peyton outside of Brandon’s room.  I could tell she hadn’t been there long, as she said, “Can I come into your room, Bruddah?”  I didn’t hear Brandon’s response, but I saw that Peyton waited, nodded her head, then proceeded into his room. When I got there, she was standing in the cheap tadalafil This means that you can work through the course at a time when it is most convenient for him or her. Healthy eating; Language!

We’ve not had real veggies in our dinners lately.  We’ve had mostly pasta with sauce, and some corn, but not true greens. We had been making a lot of broccoli for the kids, but then ran out.  Peyton received her bowl of food – some whole wheat pasta with meat sauce, and some corn.  She picked at it, moved her spoon around in it and said, “Mommy, can Michael Jackson and Oprah Winfrey first spoke about his cialis generic usa childhood abuse and covered his face with his hand. We’ve been watching Aladdin lately, especially as a reward for Peyton for keeping her panties dry.  The cartoon uses “Stupid” occasionally throughout the movie.  Whenever Brandon hears “Stupid”, he’ll shout out, “Language!” and look up at me.  I’m just glad he doesn’t repeat it.

Breaking news

Dave saw a news van posted out front, down our street, since we got home this afternoon.  We watched the 10 o’clock news to see what it was all about.  We were speculating why they would be there. Of course, the news starts with dramatic car chases, homicides, etc, and I was hoping that wasn’t why the van was there.  Suddenly, our street was on the news, with a If there are feelings of guilt, or a communication gap between couples, then resolving these aspects could also discount viagra usa alleviate impotence. Radio

Brandon has been trained to sleep with background noise.  We have a radio Dave won in some raffle. It is a radio/CD combo, but a few weeks back, the CD just died.  After being played for 10-12 hours a day for two years, the thing just died.  So Brandon was offered just the radio.  I had tuned it to a talk radio station, since there was no classical station available anymore.  There is also a problem with the antenna, so not that many stations come in.  Dave found one station that came in clearly, and had appropriate music.  In fact, it is a dedication time during bedtime.  Delilah. So Brandon will always repeat commercials that he’s heard, or what is happening around town. Or like this morning, when he came in and declared, “Life is a highway, like in cars, is on the radio now!”  Well, good morning!  We were already awake, but it was funny that that was the first thing he said to us.  Peyton is used to quiet in her room.  She just needs her little daisy night light.  Oh, and Daddy’s blanket.  It’s a blanket that Dave uses in the winter, and she’s held onto it and cuddles with it now.  We use it as her privilege and take it away when she comes out of her room.  She’s been so tired this week, she hasn’t given us any problems coming back out once she’s been given her hugs.  She falls asleep within 5 minutes.  Brandon has equally been good about staying in his room, and not giving me any problems in the morning when getting ready.  I hope the kids stay this way into next month, when Dave will need all the help he can get. The director of Peyton’s school stopped me today to tell me that they were having the kids now try on next year’s clothing to make sure it was safe.  They used Peyton as their model, and Deh deh suddenly realized that Peyton wouldn’t be there next year.  They were a little saddened by that fact.  Every morning, Peyton comes in and says very little. At work!  Last week, I did two laps around the lake by my work.  I was super sweaty, and did not think I’d get that sweaty, so I had only brought a bottom, and had to sweat it out in my regular work shirt.  Today, I brought a full set of clothes and towel to change and use.  I even brought my iPod and sensor to measure how much I ran.  I quickly ate lunch, so I had about 40 minutes to get out there.  I don’t like running through the parking lot, but I started the timer half way through the lot.  I started running once I got on the trail, which is rocky, and has some terrain.  I had to really focus on the ground, since it was uneven and I didn’t want to twist anything.  I was actually running a faster pace than I do on the treadmill.  After running the two laps that I had done last week, I realized I had another 15 minutes.  I wasn’t that concerned if I was late back to work, Just buy sildenafil uk check address now a thought of suffering from the bedroom frustration is one thing every man will fear. It’s a good motivational tool for me, even though it’s a bit tedious.

Exercise thwarted

Yesterday, Ted and Dave met up to bike. They picked a point and met up.  Dave was gone probably a little under two hours.  When he got home, I casually asked him how things went.  He said, “Fine.”  He’s not one for words, so I figured, he made it back home, yes, things are fine.  He had had some drinks the night before, so he mentioned he was a bit nauseous after he got cleaned up. The kids didn’t really miss him, other than Peyton wanted to put her shoes on to go watch Daddy “ride bikes.”  I think she thinks Dave rides bikes like she does at school, in a circle in the front of our house.  I told her that Daddy went far away to ride bikes. She gave up her quest when I told her she could watch Aladdin.  Later at Jennifer’s did I hear that the two boys met up at a coffee place, rode a little, then stopped for other coffee.  Ted told Michelle what really went on, and when questioned, Dave said, “You didn’t ask!”  I did ask if they had talked, and if they talked while riding.  He answered yes to both questions.  They stopped for 30 minutes – so of course they got to chat!
Today, I was changed to go work out, and putting the kids down to bed.  Peyton had whined that “My bottoms hurts,” at dinner.  She pooped a little bit in the potty, then continued with dinner.  Then she pooped but she said she did it in her underwear.  Ugh.  So Dave cleaned her up, and she finished her yogurt. Right at bedtime, she started crying and whining that “My bottoms hurts!”  I took off her diaper to take a closer look.  There was a reddish area, maybe like a scratch, but other than that, nothing.  I put a stripe of diaper cream for good measure, but she continued to complain about it.  She had done a great job at school today – NO accidents, and they even sent some of her clothes home, since her bin was fun and she wasn’t having accidents.  She even went when I picked her up from school, since I knew we were going to the library to return some books. She went after we got home, too.  But she was still complaining of pain. Dave quickly called his urgent care, and since he had gone last time with Brandon, I was up. So, the individuals who wish to achieve good result are recommended to do levitra 100mg pills yoga exercises at least half an hour every day, no matter what, to study. So I quickly changed my shorts into pants, and put Peyton in longer clothes and headed out for an 845pm appointment.  We were seen quickly, since we were the last appointment of the evening. I even think the doctor was a bit in a hurry, quickly explaining things to me.  She basically saw a little of what I had seen, and for good measure, was going to do a urine culture to rule out a UTI.  She didn’t think Peyton could go pee on demand, so she was going to have us take the cup with us, and just have Dave drop it off tomorrow.  She asked me if Peyton was wearing pull ups or underwear at school.  I declared she was wearing panties, and stoic as she was, she was holding back a smile to show how proud she was. She even looked away, as she didn’t want to crack.
I decided to give it a go and see if we could get a sample, since Peyton hadn’t peed since we were at home.  I tried to get her to drink water, but she refused (she had fallen asleep on the way over).  I tried to get her excited to go potty, and she pulled down her own pants.  I plopped her on the toilet, and before I had a chance to pre-wipe her, she started peeing.  I quickly stuck the cup under her, and tried to get what I could.  Luckily, the doctor had already wiped most of the cream off when she was examining her, so it was pretty sterile. I had pee dripping down my hands, but I did manage to get some in the cup.  I cleaned myself, then Peyton up, and put the cup in the bag.  I was so proud of her!  She was proud of herself.  She kept asking me what the cup was for, what we were doing with it, and where we were going (Kristina said Peyton was asking her questions all day long, and wouldn’t stop until she ran out of answers. She did the same thing to us this weekend, with one question leading right into another, non-stop).  When I got home, she walked into the kitchen, where Dave was, and Dave thought she was faking it.  I question whether indeed she had been faking it.  She’s getting too sneaky for us. I’m going to run tomorrow…no kid is going to stop me!

Going away…

Jennifer hosted a going away party and it was a kid frenzy.  We started out in the pool, just Jesselyn, Brandon and Peyton.  Then Logan and Connor’s feet came in to play.  After about an hour in the water, we decided to get out and get showered up.  When we were done, Ian and Kira had arrived.  Brandon and Ian play well together.  They couldn’t find any boy-appropriate material to read or play with, so they picked up one of Jennifer’s cookbooks and disappeared.  They kept each other entertained, but they were behind closed doors, which alarmed me a little bit.  I opened up the door once, and Brandon shot up, guiltily, but just told me they were reading.  The dads thought it would be funny if there was another magazine under there, but Jennifer assured us there were no such things in the house.  We all had a nice meal, and after dinner, the kids moved into the kitchen.  The older ones, those older than 2, all played together – Jesselyn (5), Mckayla (3), Brandon (5), Peyton (2), Ian (9), and Kira (2) were all cooking with Playdoh.  Jesselyn was funny because she told Brandon, “Make sure you clean up the floor!”  He responded, “Okay, okay,” and dutifully cleaned up the floor, after making her food.  Dave said Peyton was just putting food in the microwave (just like Mommy, she’s going to let the boys cook for her!).  Jennifer was happy to have them in the kitchen, and as long as the Playdoh stayed there, the kids were fine.  There were chocolate dipped strawberries, which I later learned Jesselyn made (with her fingers in the chocolate), and Peyton enjoyed it.  So much so that she had chocolate all over her face.  I laughed and asked Dave to take a picture.  She was so upset with me for teasing her, she broke out her dramatic cry.  I had to apologize to her, and wiped her up. She was not too happy with me, as even when she was doing her puzzles, she wouldn’t really look at me.  Nothing like what she was doing with Ted, who tried his hardest to get her to talk to him.  He kept trying to engage her in conversation, ask her about her favorite ride at Disneyland, etc.  But NO response.  None.  He even offered to get her milk!  But she didn’t answer him.  And when I asked her if she wanted me to get it, she nodded.
When I asked her about it later at home, why she wouldn’t talk to Uncle Ted, she gave me a coy smile, and I knew she was messing with him!  She knew he was trying so hard, but she didn’t budge.  Dave said her smile was just evil.  The harder he’d try to talk to her, the harder she made it, purposely not smiling.  She finally let me give him a high five when we said goodbye, but probably wouldn’t have under her own power.
This morning, she also got very possessive of “her chair” as she came down to breakfast and Brandon was in her seat with her Minnie placemat.  She was so upset, but I redirected her to change her clothes, and washed her up before coming back down again.  I told her she could sit in Brandon’s seat, with his placemat, and she was fine with that.  But she just had to be a little dramatic to start her day.  PMS-ing.  Brandon told me, “I know how to make croutons now.  And a dessert with wine in it.  And some kind of pears.”  He and Ian were really reading those books!!

Dave was watching our local news, while I was blogging and half-listening, when they went into a story about the major bookstore chain closing.  I had remembered from Friday that I had been followed, and looked up (actually, rewound the TV) and watched.  They were at our home store.  So it must have been footage from Friday that they were The doctors were able to prescribe an appropriate antibiotic medication, which helped bring down the infection in about three weeks. sildenafil discount How PE Players are Funding Projects? Cam’s bday party

After our swimming, three-fourths of us took a shower. Peyton and I hopped in the shower, while Brandon took a bath. I’d never showered with Peyton before, but for efficiency’s sake, I did it.  She started laughing when I turned the water on, and said, “Turn off the rain!” She didn’t mind getting her face wet, and I just tried to get the chlorine off of her. Brandon was on his own, as Dave was arranging our cars since we were headed up to see Dave’s high school/college friends after Cam’s party. We arrived at the park a little late because we were getting ready after swimming. As we were pulling up, Brandon said, “Well, I’m not going to play with anyone, since I hurt my neck.”  (Still traumatized about what happened last week) Peyton was still asking for food, but after we told her to wait, she went to play with Dave and Brandon.  The food was ready soon enough. It was yummy BBQ, and each kid finished their plate and asked for more. I hadn’t wanted to give either much food, since I didn’t want it to go to waste, but I did give them a variety with veggies, potato salad, and meat. They were both hungry! We thought Peyton would go to sleep in the stroller, but she was too busy looking around. We took her out so she could enjoy the homemade cake that Rachel had prepared. It was yummy – filled with strawberries, topped with blueberries and more strawberries with a light frosting, which Brandon said, “Oh, there’s lemon in here, Mommy.”  We put Peyton back in the stroller, and we were going to head out. We were saying our goodbyes when she told me she wanted to be put in the shade. I pushed her away from the crowd, in the shade, and she just zoned out. We knew she was tired, but it was funny she asked to go away. I took Brandon to the restroom, and he saw a flier advertising swim class.  He said, “Oh, like the sign I saw at my swim class today!”  I had to look at it carefully, but it was the same flier advertising the city’s rec swim program.  I was amazed he recognized the paper, having only seen it briefly this morning.  Dave says Brandon hones in on things because he doesn’t have outside influences (like cell phones, having to watch the kids, etc) to cloud what he sees.  He has a clear slate, and just soaks everything in. Both kids knocked out while we drove up to the next party. It was a casual get together, and we were meeting up with Fred’s and Ernie’s families, along with Dave L.  Andrew reminds me of how Brandon was when he was his age.  Andrew is only 4 days older than Peyton.  Peyton was busy doing the puzzle we brought for her, and Andrew came up and messed it all up, and shoved her pieces under the couch.  She just looked at him.  I asked where what she should say to him.  She said nothing.  Then said, “I just do it again.”  It was so sad to see her so passive, and let him get away with it. It happened again, and she said, “Look at the boy did.”  I asked her what she should say to him.  She told him (to his back), “I no like that!”  But that was it. Poor thing.  The host family had two Maltese dogs, and both kids were fascinated with them.  Poor dogs were old, and I think they were probably pretty tired of entertaining these kids. At one point, Peyton was playing hide and go seek with the dog, and she may have gotten her hand too close.  The dog may have nipped at her, I’m not sure, but she came back to me and said, “Look at the dog did.”  I was told one dog had all her teeth extracted while one had only four teeth. When I looked at her hand, there was no mark at all.  There was only a bubble of dog spit on her hand.  I asked her, “Did the dog do this?”  She welled up with tears and gave her sad face, and started crying.  I went to wash off her hand, with soap even, but she was still inconsolable.  I had to take her outside to be away from the dogs and be with Daddy.  Dave’s friends were clowning him for having such a sensitive little girl, and that she must take after him.  She did recover, and did still chase after the dogs after she’d forgotten about it. We stayed until about 7pm, when we knew we should head back since the kids had had a long day.  We got them to bed by a little after 8pm, since they’d already taken baths (which Brandon reminded me of).  We’re getting worse about taking pictures, and did not have ANY photos to mark our long day today.  Not even cell phone pics!
