Today was Peyton’s 9 month check up.  She has been congested all this week, probably made worse by last week’s airplane ride.  She felt a little hot yesterday night, and after a dose of acetaminophen, she was fine.  Today, I asked the nurse to check her temperature, and it was a little hot – 99.7, which is what it was when I took it last night.  When the doctor checked her nose, she said, “Yes, she is definitely brewing something, I see 2 pus puddles in her nose, it’s a sinus infection.”  So she gave us some antibiotics to treat it – for 14 days!  So it’ll be awhile.

  1. Peyton’s growing up too fast! I was looking back at her record, Mckayla was barely 21lb at her 12 month check up (only 18 lb at 9 month).
